OVERVIEW
ALVEX operates an in-house 9 × 6 × 6 m EMC chamber in Bengaluru for radiated emissions and radiated immunity testing, supported by conducted emissions, conducted immunity, ESD, surge, EFT and harmonics and flicker benches. Programmes run to CISPR, IEC 61000, ISO 11452, MIL-STD-461, RTCA DO-160, ETSI, FCC and TEC requirements, so commercial, automotive, telecom and defence products are covered in one laboratory.
The engineers who run the chamber also design Aracion EMC chambers, so pre-compliance, debug and mitigation advice come from people who understand both the standard and the physics. Interference issues found here, before formal certification, avoid redesigns and shorten time to market.
