OVERVIEW
ALVEX is an ISO/IEC 17025:2017-accredited laboratory for RF conformance testing of cellular user equipment (UE) and CPE across GSM, WCDMA, LTE, NB-IoT and 5G NR FR1. Tests run to 3GPP TS 38.521-1, TS 36.521-1 and TS 34.121 on fully automated systems, with results reported against traceable measurement uncertainty.
5G NR devices are tested on an automated Keysight DVT system (UXM 5G, signal and spectrum analysers, RF switch matrix). 4G LTE and NB-IoT devices run on a fully automated Anritsu setup.
OTA performance is measured in our anechoic chambers with the device on a positioner: TRP, TIS, radiated spurious emissions and antenna pattern for smartphones, FWA CPE, routers, modules and IoT devices in FR1 bands. Results support TEC MTCTE, CE/RED and FCC filings and operator acceptance.
